It's been a long, hectic, noisy week.
But now I'm In the quiet, and it is such a relief.
I'm finding my need for calmness and stillness dramatically increasing. The chaos and motion of my days are exhausting and, by the end of the week, I find myself wishing for earplugs. Meditation and quiet evenings are my saving grace...particularly when they're topped off with a snuggle and a good night's sleep.
So, now begins the week-end recovery. I will surround myself with as many peaceful moments, and as much rest as possible, so that when Monday comes I am ready to face the craziness of the "regular" world once again.
